Payment in full is expected before or at the time of delivery

Standard Terms	One third of the purchase price is due when the order is placed, with the balance due prior to delivery. If delivery is in person, full payment is expected at that time. If the portrait is to be shipped, payment in full must be made prior to shipment. Payment is expected by check or money order. Sales tax will be added to all orders within the state of Georgia.
Other Options	Other payment options (including incremental payments) will be considered on an individual basis.
Satisfaction guarantee	Satisfaction is guaranteed. If for any reason a portrait fails to meet the client's approval, it may be returned to the artist within two weeks of receipt for a refund of the purchase price minus 15% to cover materials. The artist maintains ownership and all rights to the artwork.
Travel Expenses	All travel expenses are the responsibility of the buyer. Specific arrangements will be made at the time of order. Travel expenses for photography are non-refundable.
